I came to this work the way many of my clients do: through my own body.

For years, I experienced heavy periods, crippling stomach pain, and a rotating cast of digestive symptoms that never quite added up. I followed the advice, consulted the practitioners, and was told repeatedly that everything looked normal.

I spent years pushing through a demanding corporate job, periodically crashing hard enough to end up in the ER with stomach pain, only to be sent home with anti-inflammatory meds and told it was normal. Eventually, I was told I had IBS, but that word changed nothing. 

I still had no real understanding of what was actually happening inside my body.

At some point, I stopped looking for the right answer and started asking the right questions.

That search led me into this work, and is the main reason Weal exists today.

I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, with additional certification in Reiki and Yoga Instruction. I’m also trained in Physical Intelligence, a methodology that recalibrates the body's chemistry in real time through breath, movement, and visualization tools.

For over 7 years, I have helped women understand their bodies and take control of their health using a root-cause, evidence-informed framework.

We then agree on a clear goal for the 4 weeks ahead. Something specific we can measure so you know exactly what progress looks like.

Most protocols address the gut in isolation. I look at the full picture  (your stress, your sleep, your history, your nervous system) before making a single recommendation. The protocol you receive is built specifically for you, not adapted from a general framework.

I live a full and busy life. Can this actually work for me?

Yes, and this is exactly what the program is designed for. I work with clients who eat out regularly, travel constantly, and cannot meal prep every day. Your protocol is built around your actual food environment, not an idealized version of it.

Will I have to do an elimination diet?

Not in the traditional sense. If your consultation reveals active inflammation, a short targeted elimination phase may be part of the protocol to ease digestive response and support repair. 

The difference is that when we do this,  it is intentional and temporary. We focus on swapping ingredients, not just cutting them out, so you are not left with an empty plate. The goal is to heal your gut so you can reintroduce foods later with confidence.

How is this different from seeing a nutritionist or a GP?

A GP's role is to diagnose and treat pathology. If your tests come back normal, you are technically well, and the conversation ends. A nutritionist focuses on diet. 

I act like a detective, connecting the dots beyond your symptoms to understand the root cause of your discomfort. Then I build a personalized protocol tailored to your body and your life.

What if I don’t see results?

If you attend your sessions and follow the protocol, you will see results. Most clients notice meaningful shifts within the first two weeks. If you have gone through the protocol and feel you need more support, I will add one additional session at no extra cost to refine your approach.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

About an hour. Thirty minutes for our weekly coaching session, plus time to implement the small, targeted adjustments we agree on. 

There are also underlying lifestyle shifts that happen gradually, like meal timing, food combinations, and daily habits that support your gut. 

These changes are designed to gradually become part of your routine. The program is built to fit into your life, not overwhelm it.

Do you work with clients globally?

Yes. All sessions are conducted via Zoom and I work with clients across the UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and beyond. Sessions are scheduled to suit your time zone.

Can you help me if I’m on medication or have a diagnosed condition?

I work alongside your medical care, not in place of it. During the consultation call, I will ask about any medications or conditions to ensure my approach is appropriate and complementary to what you are already doing.

My services are educational and lifestyle-based and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, or contraindications

If something comes up that suggests the program may not be right for you, I may recommend modifications or advise consulting with your physician before moving forward.

Will I need to take supplements?

That depends on what your consultation reveals. I may recommend supplements for a period of time as support, based on your needs and lifestyle.  

Some clients need them. Others find that once their gut environment is stabilized, they need far less than they thought. I never recommend supplements without a clear understanding of what your body actually needs.
