YOUR 12-WEEK JOURNEY
WEEKS 1–4
Start with Connect the Dots in weeks 1–2: your health history, a 7-day diary, review of existing results and supplements, a 60-minute deep dive and a written pattern summary.
WEEKS 5–8
Use your daily tracker to notice patterns. Review what’s helping and adjust your personalised plan with Jennifer, at the pace of your agreed support.
WEEKS 9–12
Bring your learning together so you can make more informed choices when something feels off and approach the next stage with greater independence.
Your coaching includes a progressive personalised plan, a daily symptom tracker and resources on meal planning, protein, food labels and the gut–brain connection. The level of calls, reviews and between-session support is agreed before you join.
THE PERSON BEHIND WEAL
I know what it’s like to keep going at work while your body doesn’t feel right. My own search for answers, alongside 15 years in marketing, shaped the way I coach.
I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach trained with IIN, with additional training in Coaching with Physical Intelligence.
I’ll help you understand your patterns and make changes that fit your routine, while supporting you to have more informed conversations with your medical team.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Start with a conversation about
what feels off, what you’ve tried and the support you’re looking for. We’ll
discuss whether the 12-week program is appropriate for you, including the
level of support and investment, before you decide.
Most health programs focus on one area: nutrition, fitness, weight loss or a specific symptom.
WEAL & WISE looks at the bigger picture.
Your gut, hormones, sleep, stress, nutrition and daily habits don't operate independently. We explore how they may be influencing one another and contributing to how you feel.
Rather than handing you another generic plan, we start by understanding your health history, existing results, symptoms and lifestyle. From there, we build a personalized approach, track your progress and adjust as we learn what works for you.
It has to. Otherwise, what's the point?
There's no value in creating the perfect health routine if it's impossible to maintain.
We work with the realities of your life: demanding workdays, travel, social commitments, family responsibilities and everything in between.
We focus on the foundations of health, but adapt how they're implemented to your circumstances. That might mean adjusting meal timing, simplifying routines or finding practical alternatives when life gets busy.
The aim isn't to build your life around your health plan. It's to build a health plan that works within your life.
Medical care and health coaching serve different, complementary purposes.
Your doctor is responsible for diagnosing conditions, investigating symptoms and providing medical treatment, particularly when acute care is needed.
My role is to look at the broader picture of your everyday health: nutrition, sleep, stress, lifestyle, habits and how these factors may interact.
We also consider your existing diagnoses, test results and medical recommendations so that your coaching plan supports, rather than conflicts with, your medical care.
I don't replace your doctor. I help you connect the dots between medical appointments and everyday life.
Where appropriate, I can also help you prepare questions for your healthcare providers and better understand the information they've shared with you.
Not necessarily. We start by understanding what you're already doing.
At the beginning of your journey, we review your current supplements, medications, existing blood work, symptoms and primary health concerns.
Supplements can play a useful role in supporting health, particularly when specific nutritional needs aren't being met. But more isn't automatically better, and some needs can be addressed through food and lifestyle changes.
We explore what makes sense for your individual circumstances rather than recommending a long list of products.
The same applies to nutrition. The objective isn't to eliminate foods unnecessarily or follow another restrictive diet.
It's about understanding what your body needs and finding the most practical way to support it.
If additional testing or changes to medication or supplements require medical oversight, we'll work within your healthcare provider's recommendations.
The goal is to feel better, understand your body and know what to do when something feels off.
Throughout our 12 weeks, we'll work towards identifying patterns, understanding potential triggers and making personalized changes to your nutrition and lifestyle.
We'll track your symptoms and progress so we can see what's helping, what isn't and what needs adjusting.
But one of the most valuable outcomes is what happens after our time together.
You'll have a clearer understanding of your body, the habits that support you and practical strategies to use when symptoms return or you experience a flare-up.
The aim is for you to leave feeling more confident and capable of managing your health, rather than dependent on another program.
Everyone's health journey is different, and improvements in symptoms or specific medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Absolutely. WEAL & WISE is delivered online, so we can work together wherever you're based.
Our sessions take place virtually, with ongoing support and progress tracking between calls according to your chosen coaching tier.
We'll make sure our schedules and time zones are compatible before getting started.
