Delivery Policy
Digital Products
Digital products (including PDFs and downloadable guides) are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout immediately or within a few minutes after successful payment.
If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, please contact jennifer@weal.world.
Programs & Services
For programs and coaching-based services, access details and onboarding instructions are delivered via email within 24–48 hours of purchase. This may include program materials, scheduling information, or next steps.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been delivered.
Programs & Services
Programs and services require preparation, planning, and reserved capacity. For this reason:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided the program has not yet started and no materials have been delivered.
- Once onboarding materials have been sent or the program has begun, all sales are final.
- Refunds are not available for partially completed programs, missed sessions, or failure to engage.
Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
